Four hour braised blade of beef with caramelised shallots, red wine and thyme jus

Char-grilled supreme of chicken with pigs in blankets and chicken gravy

Tarte tatin of goats cheese (V) (No GF option) with glazed shallots, baby spinach and beetroot chutney

Lemon Crostata (lemon tart) with citrus mascarpone cream
