After the Jubilee weekend all the ringing across the Diocese was collated together, and a letter was sent on behalf of the Guild to Her Majesty the Queen, the Lords Lieutenant of Northamptonshire and Rutland, and the Bishop of Peterborough.

It was with great pleasure that I received a letter from Balmoral this week. On behalf of Her Majesty, it thanked those who had made efforts to ring for the Jubilee weekend. It also praised those who had achieved a first, which had been collected and included in the letter to Her Majesty. It also appreciated Brian Austin, David Loake & Paul Richardson, who also all rang for the Coronation.
