The latest Guild 10 bell practice was held at Towcester on 12th March. There was a good turn out on a blustery day, with 19 ringers in attendance during the morning. There were some new faces, which was lovely to see. It was a successful practice, with everyone who had looked up a method being able to ring it, sometimes more than once to reinforce the learning. Methods ranged from Grandsire and Stedman Caters through Little Bob to Cambridge, Yorkshire, London and Bristol Royal. With the notable exception of the transition to Little Bob from London (isn't it always?) every piece came round with just a few trips or corrections being needed. There were enough experienced ringers to be able to allocate "standers behind" for those who wanted them. It was a busy, productive practice. Thank you to everyone who came.

The next 10 bell will be on Saturday, 14th May, with the location to be announced.
